Marrow Meats connects Australia’s finest meat producers with Australia’s best restaurants. We started with one goal: to get Australia’s most premium proteins into the hands of people who cook for a living – people who care about the produce as much as we do.
Our business was founded by and is run by chefs who trained in top kitchens around the world. We have run and owned restaurants. We get what chefs need — quality, consistency, and no fuss.
We ensure that everything we supply is something you would be proud to plate up on the pass.
